1. Introduction By purchasing this product and accessing MCPTool, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not proceed with the purchase or use the application.

2. Access to MCPTool Upon purchasing this product, you will receive an account to access MCPTool. The access depends on the plan you have purchased:

- Monthly Plan (Basic): You will have access to MCPTool as long as your subscription is active, with access limited to one device.

- Lifetime Plan (Pro): You will have permanent access to MCPTool as long as the MCPTool servers are operational, with the ability to use the software on up to two devices.

3. Age Requirement By making this purchase, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

4. Program Usage The use of the program is your sole responsibility. MCPTool has been designed ethically, and any misuse will be your exclusive responsibility.

5. Device Limits The number of allowed devices depends on the plan purchased:

- Monthly Plan (Basic): Allows access on one device.

- Lifetime Plan (Pro): Allows access on up to two devices. If you need to reset your access, you may open a ticket on our Discord server.

6. Resale Prohibition Reselling or sharing your account with third parties is strictly prohibited. The account is for personal use only and must not be transferred to others.

7. Refund Policy Refunds are only possible if you have never logged into the application and within 14 days of purchase. If you attempt to request a refund without a logical justification, access to the software will be immediately revoked. If you have logged in or it has been more than 14 days since the purchase, a refund will not be possible.

8. Data Protection MCPTool does not store any private user data. Only the necessary data for authentication, such as login time and the IP address used, is recorded to ensure account security. This data is handled confidentially and is only used for service administration.

9. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on this page and will take effect immediately after their publication.

10. Applicable Law These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your country of residence.
